Our Story
Jessica and Brandt met in January of 2020 on their first date at the Round Table Board Gamerie. Their competitive sides were on full display while they tried their best to beat one another at every game that was played that night. They clicked instantly, and over the course of the next month they went on various dates, before they became an official couple in February. The world shutdown in March 2020, and Jessica moved in with Brandt. Temporary became permanent, they became inseparable, began to build their lives together, and as everyone says "the rest is history". Each year Brandt and Jessica make Mixbooks that involves pictures of everything they did in that year. The first year was, "The Year We Met", the second one "The Year We Fell In Love", to "The Year We Got Engaged", and then "The Year We Planned Everything". I'm pretty sure you can guess the next one coming this year.... "The Year We Did Everything".
In March 2022 at the last game of the season for the Ranch Hands, the hockey team they both play for, they got engaged! Brandt, with help from the team, friends, and family planned a surprise engagement during team pictures. Brandt pulled Jessica up in-front of the team, with family holding signs saying "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" behind the glass in the background, got down on one knee, and asked if she would be "future Mrs. Anderson". Jessica of course said yes and the next chapter of their lives began.
They are so excited to see what adventures still await them in their future and they look forward to celebrating with everyone in August!
